Day 3 Prayer for the loss of a loved one
Oh Heavenly Father, who holds us all in the palm of your hand, keep us forever mindful of your love towards us. We know you do not want us to grieve and are ever watchful of our needs and sorrows. Think of us with your sweet mercy, comfort us, and give us peace, knowing that our departed loved one is in fellowship with thy saints, through Christ Our Lord. Amen
The LORD will be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning shall be ended. Isaiah 60:20
